Delivery
Sustainability and environmental issues are very important to Little Swift, and I care about my carbon footprint as a small indie business.
Therefore I only offer delivery within the UK.
- UK Postage Charges on any orders is £3.50 for the 1st item, then a flat maximum charge of £5.00 for 2 or more items.
- I aim to despatch all standard orders within 1-3 business working days of you placing your order.
- Custom orders timeframes for delivery will be discussed individually and agreed with the customer before the order is placed.
- All orders will be gift wrapped free of charge and shipped by Royal Mail First Class post. Royal Mail aim to deliver First Class the next working day from despatch. These are the timelines Royal Mail aims to work to, however on rare occasions times may differ.
- Please ensure your address is correct to ensure your parcel is delivered to the right address.
Returns
- I hope you will be satisfied with your order and there will be no need to return anything, however if you are not completely happy with your product(s) please contact me at [email protected] within 14 days of purchase to arrange a refund.
- Goods must be returned at your own cost within 14 days of purchase to allow me to proceed with the refund.
- Unfortunately I am unable to offer refunds if more than 14 days have passed since placing your order.
- I recommend returning your item using a recorded delivery service as items remain your responsibility until I receive them and I am not responsible for any items that are lost or damaged in return transit.
- Please note that due to their unique nature custom orders are only refundable if there is a fault with the item.
